Below are a set of Risk Asseement forms that you may find useful. Please note that the use of the Community and Sports Centre can be very varied in its nature and these assessments relate to generic Centre use.
You may find that your particular activity requires a more specific assessment. The onus to undertake such an activity-specific assessment lies with the hirer.
