Yes, if alcohol is being sold during your event you’ll need an alcohol licence for which there’s an extra charge.  Just tick the alcohol licence box on your booking request.  You’ll be sent an application form and you must agree to all the conditions that it details. If you’re hiring a mobile bar, we’ll also need to see their valid Public Liability Insurance.

Provided that it’s not being sold to anyone, then you don’t need an alcohol licence.

If you’re charging people for a service you’re providing (e.g. running a class), then we need to see your Public Liability Insurance before we can accept your booking.

Yes, our Function Room is equipped with excellent surround sound speakers.  Music can be played via a Bluetooth connection.

Do I get extra time to set up my event and clear everything away afterwards?2023-05-25T14:03:16+00:00

The time you’ll need for set up and clearing away needs to be taken into account in your total booking time.  You’re responsible for leaving the facility packed away and clean within the booking time.

Yes. You must only allow players on the pitch with 3G compatible footwear.  Rubber-soled shoes and trainers are fine, metal studded boots are specifically not allowed.

No problem, as long as they have valid Public Liability Insurance (we’ll need a copy) and that they park in the community centre carpark causing no disturbance to our neighbours.
